Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation text 72 hours before your appointment and an email reminder 24 hours prior to your appointment. To confirm please reply to the confirmation text send so your appointment is guaranteed. Please understand, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed/cancelled appointments and a cancellation fee. Your appointments are very important to Brush Hair Studio. They are reserved for you. We understand life happens and sometimes you have cancel your appointment. In the event that you would need to cancel, or reschedule an appointment, we require 48 hour notice. Cancellations made on the day before or same day (within 48 hours) your reserved card will be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s).
